I work with adult individuals (18+) from all backgrounds. Sessions are offered in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

Counselling can support a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, relationship problems, low self-esteem, grief, identity concerns, and life transitions. It’s also a space for personal growth and increased self-awareness.

The first session is a chance for us to explore what’s bringing you to counselling and what you’d like to get out of it. There’s no pressure – it’s a space for you to talk and ask any questions.

Yes, confidentiality is a core part of the counselling relationship. The only exceptions are if there is a risk of serious harm to you or others, or if required by law. These limits will be explained fully in our first session.

Yes, I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist in the UK, and an Accredited Member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I work within the NCPS Code of Ethical Practice.

I offer both… In-person sessions at my Therapy Room in Farnham, Surrey – and online therapy sessions via secure video call for clients throughout the UK. You’re welcome to choose whichever suits you best.
